Ardmore, OK (June 22, 2015) – KING AEROSPACE COMMERCIAL CORPORATION (KACC) is pleased to announce the firm has been awarded two new VVIP paint contracts as a subcontractor to Boeing’s Executive Transport Services and Support group, whose program management office is based in Oklahoma City. The first project is for the exterior refurbishment of a Boeing 737 aircraft, which arrived at KACC’s facility in May 2015. Work on the second aircraft, a Boeing 757, is scheduled to begin in mid-July 2015. KACC’s paint quality and on-time delivery is attributed to obtaining these projects.
The C-32 and C-40 aircraft are military passenger transportation versions of these aircraft typically used by commercial airlines. The aircraft provide transportation for United States leaders and military personnel on a global basis. The cabins are arranged in a wide range of configurations to include crew rest areas, distinguished visitor compartments with sleeping accommodations, galleys, cargo capabilities, and high-density seating with work tables. The C-32 aircraft includes a private stateroom for the primary user of the aircraft with seating that can be converted into beds.
Jerry King-Echevarria, Founder of the King Aerospace Companies, states, “serving Boeing and our Country on this fleet of aircraft is a dream come true and we take the trust placed in us very seriously. We are blessed and honored.”
